These Terms of Service govern all purchases and use of digital software products provided under the figaRRRo brand, including browser extensions, plugins, or related software tools offered through Gumroad or the provider's website.

Any conflicting terms of the buyer shall not apply unless expressly agreed to in writing.

The product offered is a digital software tool. No physical goods are delivered. Payment processing, checkout, and digital delivery may be handled by Gumroad acting as Merchant of Record. figaRRRo does not guarantee any specific creative, commercial, or technical outcome from the use of the software.

The software may be provided as beta or experimental software. By purchasing or using the software, the user acknowledges that: the software may contain bugs, errors, or limitations; features may change or be removed at any time; the software may be incomplete; the software may stop functioning due to browser or platform updates. The software is not intended for mission-critical systems. The user accepts the software in its current condition.

The software is provided "as is" and "as available." figaRRRo makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to: uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, compatibility with specific browsers or systems, suitability for a particular purpose, or reliability of generated outputs. Use of the software is entirely at the user's own risk.

Upon purchase, the user receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software — for one individual or one studio/organization. The license does not allow redistribution, resale, sublicensing, public distribution, or sharing of license files. Reverse engineering or decompiling the software is prohibited except where required by law. All intellectual property rights remain with figaRRRo.

The software may rely on third-party services including AI model providers, APIs, and browser platforms (e.g. ElevenLabs, Replicate, Google Nano Banana 2, Google Gemini). These services may change, become unavailable, or introduce limitations. figaRRRo is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, API restrictions, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

The software may assist in generating prompts or outputs through AI systems. figaRRRo does not guarantee accuracy, legality, originality, suitability for commercial use, or absence of copyright conflicts. Users are solely responsible for verifying any generated content before using it commercially or publicly.

figaRRRo is not obligated to provide updates, bug fixes, or compatibility updates. Any updates are provided voluntarily and without contractual obligation. figaRRRo may discontinue development of the software at any time.

If a product is marketed as "Lifetime Access," this means the user may use the purchased version for the lifetime of the product — not the lifetime of the buyer. figaRRRo may discontinue the product at any time without entitlement to refunds, successor software, or replacement products.

Technical support is not guaranteed. figaRRRo may offer support at their discretion with no guaranteed response time. Support may be discontinued at any time.

Warranty rights apply only to the extent required by mandatory law. Due to the experimental nature of the software, minor defects or limitations do not constitute a defect unless essential functionality is completely unusable. Warranty claims are excluded in cases involving browser updates, platform changes, third-party API changes, or user misconfiguration.

figaRRRo shall be liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, intentional misconduct, and gross negligence. Otherwise, liability is excluded for data loss, lost profits, business interruption, indirect or consequential damages, damages caused by AI-generated outputs, or damages resulting from third-party services or browser updates.

Due to the digital nature of the software, purchases are generally non-refundable. Refunds are not granted for software bugs, compatibility issues, misunderstandings about functionality, or discontinued updates. Refunds may be granted solely at figaRRRo's discretion.

Personal data related to purchases may be processed by Gumroad according to their privacy policy. The software itself processes all character data locally in the user's browser. No user data is transmitted to figaRRRo's servers.

figaRRRo reserves the right to modify these Terms for future transactions. Existing purchases remain governed by the Terms valid at the time of purchase.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. The application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
